Where are you located?
Our flagship store is located in the beautiful prairie town of Carstairs, Alberta. We sell and make all of our items in the happy pink building.
Can I order online and have it shipped to me?
You bet! Add the items you wish to receive in your cart and press the check out button. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us on the message button on the bottom right hand of this screen.
Shipping:
Once an order is placed we carefully and joyfully package and ship within 1 or 2 business days. Once the order is shipped we email or text a tracking number so you will know the whereabouts of your parcel.
What happens if I put the wrong address for shipping?
If you’ve entered your address incorrectly and your package is already on its way or has been returned to our location, we’ll be happy to reship for a small fee of $10 to Canada and US and $20 for International customers.
Who can use your products?
Anyone and Everyone!
We do however, recommend that if you have sensitive skin to talk with one of our team members or perform a patch test.
Any child under 3 is not recommenced as we use 100% pure, natural and undiluted oils that may cause a reaction.
Are you a nut free facility?
At this time we do use Sweet Almond Oil in some of our creations. We proudly display all of our ingredient listings on our products so you can be sure to know exactly what the ingredient listing is in each and every product.
